He is currently Member of No Magic's Board of Directors. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University and has over 27 years of technical consulting experience developing object-oriented projects since the mid 1980s. He has over 25 years of technical project management experience for both the U.S. military and private industry. Before GenuTech, Mr. Klotz was President and CEO of Skyport Global Communications before retiring in 2007. Earlier to that, he worked at Nortel Networks for nearly 20 years and served as Vice-President as well as General Manager. Mr. Klotz received an Associate of Science Degree - Electronic Communications Technology from Mt. San Antonio College, Walnut, California.

Ms. Teegarden is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist and visionary technologist, holding positions ranging from CTO to Chief Architect, Systems Engineer, and evangelist. She has deep experience in advanced software engineering, in industry and government domains, and uses emerging technology to create visionary products and processes that solve real world problems.
Ms. Teegarden’s career combines system engineering and strategic leadership (at product companies like DEC, webMethods, No Magic) with management consulting experience (Deloitte & Touche and CSC). Over the last 15 years, Ms. Teegarden has been working with strategically positioned start-ups, furthering a vision of entropic intelligence – making the world more intelligent via software and the web. She is co-author of a software modeling book entitled Cognitive Patterns. Clients for which she has worked include many from fortune 500 across varied industries including Wells Fargo, Motorola, Nationwide, Goodyear, Bell South, Juniper Networks and government.
Her recent focus is on autonomic models (the model is the application), active ontologies as system models, distributed web-based operating systems; self aware, and self organizing systems for business and government; applied intelligent agents; metadata, Big Data, and the semantic web; as well as MDE (Model Driven Execution environments). Ms. Teegarden holds a degree in philosophy from Sarah Lawrence College and has been a board member of MIT Enterprise Forum as well as several startups.
