Paul T. Duncanson, Jr. is a renowned expert in object oriented programming and design. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics such as C++, Smalltalk, Use of Software Design Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Vector and Raster Graphics Techniques, Booch Diagrams and LAN Performance and Tuning. He has over 25 years of Project Management and consulting experience in design, development and implementation of large scale integrated hardware and software systems for such companies as IBM, Litton Industries and Teledyne Industries. Mr. Duncanson is experienced in hardware and industrial controls systems design as well as embedded systems design and development.

Gary Duncanson is a renowned thought leader in the software industry pushing for Standards Compliant software solution and interoperability. Mr. Duncanson is on the Board of Directors of the Object Management Group (OMG). He has held numerous positions within No Magic including Project Manager, Lead Architect, CTO, and Sr. Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, growing the revenue and client base many fold over the last 14 years. He is currently Member of No Magic's Board of Directors. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University and has over 27 years of technical consulting experience developing object-oriented projects since the mid 1980s. He has over 25 years of technical project management experience for both the U.S. military and private industry. Companies and organizations such as NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (ASAS/Ence), Hughes Aircraft Company (Air Defense Systems), Texas Instruments (HARM MISSLE), Magnavox (AFATDS), Motorola, Eaton Corporation (USAF CATIS/SID 88), Contel Federal Systems (USAFE UTAIN/MAIS), Bridge Medical, Alcatel, and Naval Warfare Assessment Center/Division (Battle Force Tactical Trainer) have called upon Mr. Duncanson's talents to make their projects successful. These projects include Command Control Systems, Networking and Communication Systems, Air-Defense Consoles, Cellular Telephones, Medical Devices, Missile Systems, User Interfaces, 2-D and 3-D Computer Graphics, Systems Modeling, Architecture, Data Modeling, War Gaming, and (Air, Sea, and Land) Battle Simulations.
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Mr. Ianace brings more than 35 years of experience building successful technology businesses to his role as Executive Vice President at No Magic. He has successfully started and launched four technology companies in the last fifteen years. Mr. Ianace has broad CEO/leadership experience with companies in aerospace, defense contracting, telecommunications, Web 2.0 and IP video communications. During his career, Pete secured more than $125 million in funding for start-ups as well as large contracts with U.S., European and Asian clients. His unique perspective in the areas of 3G, 4G, IP video and Big Data have appeared in a wide range of industry publications and blogs. Prior to joining No Magic, Mr. Ianace held President/CEO positions at ComCam International, Video Esperti, Vianet, Intelect Network Technologies and Pactel Meridian Systems. Pete was a Vice President at Nortel for more than seven years and began his career at IBM where he spent eleven years in both sales and development management roles.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer of No Magic, Enrique Krajmalnik will guide and direct the company's technical resources. He is responsible for the company's technical strategy, direction and product vision. Before joining No Magic, Enrique co-founded several technology companies ranging from software development to IT services and cloud/SAAS delivery platforms. A veteran of the IT services industry, Enrique has over 25 years of experience providing technical solutions for business. Enrique is responsible for managing the No Magic development teams in each of the company's development centers located in Allen, Texas, Asia and Europe. He holds a Bachelors' degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and studied Mechanical Engineering at Duke University.
Vice President, World Wide Sales and Marketing
As Vice President Global Sales for No Magic, Moy Speckman, brings to No Magic an interesting background. He has 23 years of successful experience as a veteran IT executive. Moy is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and a Minor in Business. He has a wide range of IT experience from startups, to complex global matrixed organizations. Moy has extensive domestic and international relationships with Fortune 500 companies and tier one channels. Mr. Speckman has also been part of the executive team at two startups that grew from initial launch to global market leaders and were then acquired. He co-founded a Software as a Service company and was instrumental in raising capital, implementing customer acquisition strategies, and incorporating best practices for customer service. His areas of expertise include global strategic alliances, global carrier sales, large multi-year sourcing contracts as well as new product and market launches. In his spare time Moy serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Shalom Dallas.
Chief Marketing Officer
Raymond has more than 25 years of proven marketing, advertising and technology consulting experience. He is recognized in the industry for his ability to create highly successful integrated marketing programs to drive revenue generating solutions and for his ability to build and grow brands. Prior to No Magic, Raymond held marketing and consulting leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Sourcecorp and MarketSphere Consulting. He has worked with leading global clients in the financial services, healthcare, consulting, retail and entertainment industries including Sony, United Health, Bank of America, FedEx, General Motors and AT Kearney. Raymond also brings to No Magic, Inc. an extensive advertising agency background including senior positions at New York agencies such as Publicis, Wells Rich Greene and Campbell Mithun Esty.
Raymond is active in the Association for Strategic Planning and is involved in the North Texas Chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and a Bachelor Degree in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and an Intermediate Diploma from the London Film School.
Managing Director, No Magic Europe
Gitana Akliene has over 11 years of professional experience in the software development industry. She was promoted to Managing Director after having served as No Magic Europe's CFO for 5 years. Her finance expertise resulted in successful strategic planning and management of the European Division's financial operations. In her present role, Ms. Akliene focuses on planning, implementation, operation, resource allocation, and general management in order to facilitate the delivery of No Magic offerings while upholding its mission, vision, and strategic plan. She has increased company revenues by expanding the existing portfolio of professional services. Ms. Akliene has been an asset in developing new business areas in the European markets, especially for software products and service development. She holds both a Bachelor and Masters Degree with Honors in Business Administration (MBA) from Kaunas University of Technology, Kaunas.
Managing Director, No Magic Asia
Tanchanok Deamsantia manages No Magic's Asian operations center in Thailand. Before being appointed to her current position, she spent three years as a comptroller for the company. Ms. Deamsantia has been with No Magic since 2002 and has held positions in various areas including business development, marketing analysis, strategic planning, operations, project management, human resources and financial management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Khon Khaen University, an MBA from Assumption University of Thailand, Master of Management in Finance from the College of Management at Mahidol University, and a Certificate in Executive Financial Management from Chulalongkorn University.
