Paul T. Duncanson, Jr. is a renowned expert in object oriented programming and design. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics such as C++, Smalltalk, Use of Software Design Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Vector and Raster Graphics Techniques, Booch Diagrams and LAN Performance and Tuning. He has over 25 years of Project Management and consulting experience in design, development and implementation of large scale integrated hardware and software systems for such companies as IBM, Litton Industries and Teledyne Industries. Mr. Duncanson is experienced in hardware and industrial controls systems design as well as embedded systems design and development.

Gary Duncanson is a renowned thought leader in the software industry pushing for Standards Compliant software solution and interoperability. Mr. Duncanson is on the Board of Directors of the Object Management Group (OMG). He has held numerous positions within No Magic including Project Manager, Lead Architect, CTO, and Sr. Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, growing the revenue and client base many fold over the last 14 years. He is currently Member of No Magic's Board of Directors. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University and has over 27 years of technical consulting experience developing object-oriented projects since the mid 1980s. He has over 25 years of technical project management experience for both the U.S. military and private industry. Companies and organizations such as NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (ASAS/Ence), Hughes Aircraft Company (Air Defense Systems), Texas Instruments (HARM MISSLE), Magnavox (AFATDS), Motorola, Eaton Corporation (USAF CATIS/SID 88), Contel Federal Systems (USAFE UTAIN/MAIS), Bridge Medical, Alcatel, and Naval Warfare Assessment Center/Division (Battle Force Tactical Trainer) have called upon Mr. Duncanson's talents to make their projects successful. As a seasoned and dynamic Senior Executive with over 40 years of experience, Mr. Klotz creates value for companies through leadership in sales, operations, customer service and P&L management. His specific expertise includes: General Management, Leadership & Team Building, Global P&L Management, Product Development/Introduction, Sales & Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service & Support, Supply Chain Management, Repair & Return, Logistics & Distribution and Professional Services. Before GenuTech, Mr. Klotz was President and CEO of Skyport Global Communications before retiring in 2007. Earlier to that, he worked at Nortel Networks for nearly 20 years and served as Vice-President as well as General Manager. Mr. Klotz received an Associate of Science Degree - Electronic Communications Technology from Mt. San Antonio College, Walnut, California.
Clarence C. Moreland
Chief Strategy Officer
Clarence Moreland has been developing technical systems for more than 30 years. Clarence was formerly a Principal Consultant for Atego Systems, an independent contractor and SETA for several U.S. intelligence agencies, a Systems Engineering Manager and process owner for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems. In addition, Mr. Moreland was an Engineering Fellow with honors at Raytheon, a Senior Principal Engineer with Honors at Texas Instruments, Director of Engineering at Cadre Technologies, and a Principal Consultant with Honors at Cap Gemini Sogetti. As a consultant, Clarence has worked in the financial community with CBOE, CME, MSE and several firms. He also has extensive experience in telecommunications with clients including AT&T Bell Labs and Motorola.
For the past 30 years, Clarence has been active in an assortment of national and international standards bodies and consortia, including: The OMG and INCOSE (where he has been a perennial contributor to both the UML and SysML specifications), the IEEE, ACM and SCS (the Society for Modelling & Simulation International).
Clarence Moreland has also been a long time active member of the INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter where he co-chaired the OOSEM-WG and serves on the DoDAF 2.x DM2-TWG and UPDM architecture group. He has authored numerous technical papers and presentations on project management, systems and software engineering, modelling and simulation with UML and SysML. He has also presented papers at many conferences. Clarence is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served in the intelligence community and continues his services as a U.S. Naval Academy Blue & Gold Officer.
Chief Marketing Officer
Raymond has more than 25 years of proven marketing, advertising and technology consulting experience. He is recognized in the industry for his ability to create highly successful integrated marketing programs to drive revenue generating solutions and for his ability to build and grow brands. Prior to No Magic, Raymond held marketing and consulting leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Sourcecorp and MarketSphere Consulting. He has worked with leading global clients in the financial services, healthcare, consulting, retail and entertainment industries including Sony, United Health, Bank of America, FedEx, General Motors and AT Kearney. Raymond also brings to No Magic, Inc. an extensive advertising agency background including senior positions at New York agencies such as Publicis, Wells Rich Greene and Campbell Mithun Esty.
Raymond is active in the Association for Strategic Planning and is involved in the North Texas Chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and a Bachelor Degree in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and an Intermediate Diploma from the London Film School.
Lonnie VanZandt has more than 24 years of experience in real-time operating systems, software engineering, model-driven architecture, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, modeling, and technology evangelism. As a Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories and as a Consulting Systems Engineer, Lonnie has championed the introduction and use of model-based practices and tools for the specification, analysis, implementation, and verification of systems which are required to provide time-constrained performance. Lonnie has been a corporate UML and SysML trainer for software engineers and Systems Engineers. Lonnie was co-chair of the OMG MARTE RTF and participated in an implementation of the MARTE Profile.
Lonnie is currently a member of the UML, SysML, and UPDM Profile Revision Task Force (RTF) teams of the OMG. Lonnie has served as a professional, consulting systems engineer and architect for more than twelve years and has been specifying and implementing solutions with the industry’s leading tools for more than twenty years, making him an expert in the field of model-based engineering of real-time systems. Lonnie has served as the Technical Program Director for the Colorado chapter of INCOSE. He is a member of the IEEE Software, IEEE Communications, IEEE Control Systems, and IEEE Aerospace Societies. He received a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Director of Federal Systems
Don Proeschel graduated from West Point in 1974 with a BS degree in Nuclear Engineering. After serving six years as a telecommunications officer at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and along the East German border in an armored cavalry border patrol squadron, he spent the next 14 years in Texas Instruments' Defense Group (later sold to Raytheon). At TI, Don had leadership roles in manufacturing, process improvement, program management, financial planning and analysis, and market research and analysis, acquiring knowledge in infrared systems, antennas and stealth technology (radar cross-section). During this time, he earned a Master's Degree in Management and Administration, with focused study on strategic planning and business/government relationships.
For the next 11 years, Don became the Director of Engineering Operations for the R&D Department of Intervoice, a $200 million telecom company. In this role, he served the Senior Vice President of R&D/CTO by running the business side of the department, responsible for managing a $22 million budget for 175 people, as well as corporate process improvement leadership, configuration management and test engineering teams, leadership coaching and mentoring , and strategic goals management.
Don's next assignment was in the non-profit sector, serving Covenant Church, a large, multi-campus church in North Texas, as the flagship church campus Operations Manager, managing 14 people and numerous vendors to support church events and services. After serving in this role for 2 and one half years, Don was a Senior Proposal and Technical Writer for Wyle Aerospace, a $1 billion company primarily performing work in the government and defense sectors.
Upon leaving Wyle Aerospace, Don began at No Magic, Inc. in November 2011. In his role as Director of Federal Systems, he has helped to grow the Federal Systems business through business development activities, as well as through Program Management of projects with the company's strategic partners. He is working with the Senior Management Team to develop growth plans for Federal Systems. Don has served the past six years as a West Point Field Force member, interviewing and counseling service academy candidates from the local high schools.
Managing Director, No Magic Europe
Gitana Akliene has over 11 years of professional experience in the software development industry. She was promoted to Managing Director after having served as No Magic Europe's CFO for 5 years. Her finance expertise resulted in successful strategic planning and management of the European Division's financial operations. In her present role, Ms. Akliene focuses on planning, implementation, operation, resource allocation, and general management in order to facilitate the delivery of No Magic offerings while upholding its mission, vision, and strategic plan. She has increased company revenues by expanding the existing portfolio of professional services. Ms. Akliene has been an asset in developing new business areas in the European markets, especially for software products and service development. She holds both a Bachelor and Masters Degree with Honors in Business Administration (MBA) from Kaunas University of Technology, Kaunas.
Managing Director, No Magic Asia
Tanchanok Deamsantia manages No Magic's Asian operations center in Thailand. Before being appointed to her current position, she spent three years as a comptroller for the company. Ms. Deamsantia has been with No Magic since 2002 and has held positions in various areas including business development, marketing analysis, strategic planning, operations, project management, human resources and financial management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Khon Khaen University, an MBA from Assumption University of Thailand, Master of Management in Finance from the College of Management at Mahidol University, and a Certificate in Executive Financial Management from Chulalongkorn University.
