MagicDraw UML Version 9.0 supports the UML 2.0 notation allowing users to specify both business and technical requirements. In addition, MagicDraw UML 9.0 is the first tool in the industry to incorporate visual model differencing which allows for quick, visual comparisons between two models.  The industry-leading system analysis and requirements metrics found in this latest version will enable project leaders, analysts and architects to measure the project development effort through different models. 


MagicDraw UML Version 9.0 also contains a feature which allows the transformation of UML models into specific XML Schema and DB models. This feature allows for the transformation of Platform Independent Models into Platform Specific Models, thus enabling developers to reduce significantly the time and costs incurred for creating platform specific models.
